Roles And Responsibilities:
- Candidate Screening: Screen hundreds of applicants through naukri.com and LinkedIn and conduct telephonic interviews (screening/introduction) per day to shortlist candidates that meet the minimum requirements.
- Generating leads through social platforms (LinkedIn,Blue Tie and many more) ,free job boards,and referals.
- Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill Clients required positions.
- Coordinating recruiting operational process and detailed record-keeping Process applicant through a funnel of screening
- Report recruiting activities on a timely basis
- Contacting HR's of the different companies to get more client
- Uploading the requirements on social platforms, portals to get the desired candidate, and maintaining their proper record.
