Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Engaging in recruitment, selection, staffing, and other HR activities
  • Handling admin responsibilities
  • Screening, and interviewing the candidates
  • Handling end-to-end recruitment process
  • Calling colleges/students to invite for various programs
  • Calling colleges to invite them to campus recruitment drives
  • Making the inquiry & internship related daily reports
