- Calling the prospective students in the US (professionals) and explaining to them about our course details and clarify their queries and persuade them to take up the paid sessions
- Scheduling the meeting for them online with the career counselors
- Explaining contract terms
- Closing sales
- Building relationships and retaining customers
- Providing quality service and after-sales support
