Roles And Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the day-to-day operations
- Acting as the coordinating person for clients & internal team members
- Finding leads (potential clients) from various online sources
- Reaching out to the target audience of our business and generating leads
- Handling customer queries over phone calls
- Driving product engagement and helping the customers succeed
- Processing customer onboarding and documentation
