Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill tasks set out by supervisors from Customer Success Team
  • Perform research at a supervisor's request
  • Build/configure high quality solutions on Quixy platform for the identified use cases.
  • Evaluate and improve knowledgebase.
  • Aid in product design and product development.
  • Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
  • Required:
  • A final year student or recent graduate
  • Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Cope well under pressure
