Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization
  • Working knowledge of enterprise ICT environments.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices desirable
  • Working knowledge of common desktop software including Windows 10 and MS Office365
  • Working knowledge of workstation hardware and peripheral devices
  • Knowledge of server technologies such as Active Directory, Group Policy, Citrix and SCCM.

  • having knowledge of Troubleshooting of Office365 and Desktop software and hardware.

Stipend:

Fixed : 8000.00 per week
