About NPST :

NPST serves as a Fintech partner to banks and financial institutes operating as Technology Service Provider (TSP) with certified solution for digital payments including Mobile Banking, IMPS, Bhim UPI and Wallet platform. We are also an authorized Merchant Payment Service Provider, approved by NPCI, acquiring merchants, and providing UPI payment application to users across various segment. We provide digital platform to large, medium, and micro setups to transact and operate seamlessly in digital ecosystem. Our solution provides Merchants a complete Digital ERP over cloud to manage and operate financial value chain of a business. Apart from the above, we do provide IT services which includes development, customization, maintenance & support.

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting research and data mining for latest trends, new technology solutions, voice of industry and per-requisites for upcoming projects • Working on field to collect customer feedbacks and conduct interviews • Collate and compile data, analyse and share conclusive results • Work on presentations and reports as required by various departments • Provide support to the strategy team to maximize research capabilities

Skills Required:

  • Rising Junior pursuing a master’s degree OR related experience • Proficient in MS office, MS Share, etc., presentation creation and storytelling • Strong passion for problem solving; and desire to learn how businesses, brands and customers interact; and an appreciation for the rapidly evolving role that data and technology play in this relationship. • Passionate about learning new technologies and applying them in your daily job • Excellent communication skills, both orally and written with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely • Ability to multi-task, act with a constant sense of urgency and flexibility in managing changing priorities • Quick learner with strong analytical skills • Capable of doing tasks independently in a precise and timely manner • Excellent analytical and multitasking skills

Stipend:

Fixed : 8000.00 per month
