Roles And Responsibilities:

  • DreamSol is looking for Customer Success Specialist that will be the liaison between the company and its current and potential customers. Work with corporate clients and resolve their queries through multiple channels including calls and emails as dedicated account owner. Acquire knowledge required to assist customer on all their queries, onboarding, handholding, training, and level 1 support to achieve customer success. Ensure that the process productivity, quality, and customer experience requirements are met in accordance with standards set. Work independently, complete assigned tasks in the established timeframe as per the process benchmarks.

Skills Required:

  • Great written and communication skills in English. Ability to take complete ownership and facilitate the end-to-end customer journey. Good interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Excellent analytical skills, MIS understanding, have a good knowledge of PowerPoint presentations. Flexibility to quickly shift priorities, multi-task and prioritize simultaneous requirements in fast paced environment and balance all to completion.

Stipend:

Fixed : 15000.00 per month
