Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees Analyses and creates a plan for engaging the target market Analyses the competition to create a plan for engagement Makes product appeal to the target market Trains other sales people in the art of selling Makes sure that all salespeople meet quota during a given period Sets up booths at trade shows and demonstrates the quality or uses of a product Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people Creating awareness of the products and services offered by the company. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections Collaborate with team members to achieve better results Ensuring the company meets the sales targets. Persists in sales even in the face of failure

Skills Required:

  • A result-driven and organised individual. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role Proficiency in English Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Fast learner and passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering face to face attractive presentations Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Demonstrate excellent leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure. Demonstrate excellent knowledge of various marketing tactics. Understanding and knowledge of Customer Relationship
